1950s silvertone cut out Asian scene of a tower, pagoda and bridge with prong set cabochon faux-carnelian bottom clip back earrings. Marked "NAPIER PAT. PEND" on one clip back and on the base that the clips attach to. Measure: 1 1/4 inches long by 3/4 inches wide. Excellent condition. Identical earrings except with green cabochons are shown on pg. 248 of Melinda L. Lewis & Henry Swen's book, "The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry."
