1960s goldtone pavé round faux-topaz and clear rhinestones striped heart brooch with security clasp. Marked "Rifas" in script. Measures: 1 3/4 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. Excellent condition. The matching clip earrings are also available.

Rifas was an American jewelry company in Chicago, IL that operated during the 1960s. There is not a lot of jewelry by this company available on the market.
