Circa 1980s goldtone molded dark blue ribbed glass square center with four dark blue molded glass wave-like sections and four small clear rhinestone accents surrounding it and a faux-pearl drop jabot brooch with push clasp. Marked "YOSCA©." Top measures: 2 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide. Overall measures 5 inches long including the pin. Excellent condition.
